My Approach
Whether you have been in therapy before or seeking it out for the first time I view this as a major step. Therapy at times can be intimidating or scary because we are faced with looking at the parts of ourselves that perhaps are not performing at their best and therefore we do not feel our “best”. I can appreciate that at times it can be difficult to sit with uncomfortable emotions and thoughts and it’s because of this I find admiration of those I am working with. Together I will work with you to determine your goals in therapy and create a plan to help you achieve them.
